Hope Wee

Hope is a senior consultant with Engelin Teh Practice LLC.

In her 30 years of practice, Hope has handled all aspects of conveyancing work, including the sale and purchase transactions of HDB flats, HDB commercial properties, JTC properties and private residential properties, the financing and refinancing of such acquisitions; the negotiations for the acquisition and leaseback of non-residential properties; and the provision of legal support in the leasing out of residential, office, retail and industrial spaces. Hope also handles estate planning matters and general corporate and commercial work, including the drafting and reviewing of finance documents for corporate entities and the conduct of legal due diligence on assets in connection of mergers and acquisitions of corporate entities.

Ms Hope is a facilitator of Real Estate Practice for the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
